The proposed rule is idiotic. Make the risks clear but let the individual investor decide for themselves what they are willing to accept. I utilize leveraged ETFs in a lot of ways both to seek outsized returns when I think the risk reward is justified but also in hedging manners as well. I don't need the government telling me what I should or should not invest in, it's as simple as that. Drop the rule change and let the investment community themselves decide if they can accept the risk
