Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this proposed new regulation.
I am very much opposed to such regulation, I am an experienced investor and use the ProShares Short SP as a way to hedge my portfolio against a major market correction. If this proposed regulation prevents me from that hedging opportunity I would be unfairly disadvantaged.
