I completely oppose these rule changes. These funds are important to me as an individual investor. I believe in the free market and oppose some third party's determination whether I can or cannot participate in that free market. Furthermore, I oppose any form of "Big Brother" demanding personal investment information, and then watching how I invest my monetary funds. This is another example of government overreach. I am responsible for my investment decisions, good and bad, and I oppose some entity determining if I will be "allowed" to invest in leveraged funds. This is America... not some socialist state... I OPPOSE THIS PROPOSED FULE CHANGE
