I strongly vote against the proposal of preventing the leveraged and reversed funds for investors. I don't see any reason this should be carried. leveraged and reversed funds are financial instruments that can help make the market more transparent, liquid, trade-able, rewarding, and I have benefit from it greatly. Against, I strongly vote against this proposal.
