Leveraged funds are extremely important for me.
I have greater than 40 years in security investment. I am thoroughly understand the nature of leveraged fund. I do not want third party to evaluate my capability to do so and potentially
preventing me from buying them.
I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where where investors have the freedom
to buy public securities without additional government imposed limitations on investor choice.
