Please do not place additional burdens on the election to use inverse and leveraged fund investments for individual investors. These types of funds are valued tools for portfolio protection (hedging) as well as to enhance performance in the midst of persistent trends. I am fully capable of understanding and limiting the risks I am taking. In an administration that prides itself on eliminating overly burdensome regulations, it would be incongruous and misguided to impose these kinds of restrictions. Please do not go forward with such plans. I believe you would be doing me and other individual investors a grave disservice.
