To Whom It May Concern:
I see no reason for the SEC to alter its current regulations of leveraged funds. As with all of my investments, I have an understanding of the risks associated with leveraged funds. Arguably, those risks are easier to understand that the risks associated with the vast majority of investable securities. I have two graduate degrees in Economics and Finance and have been a CFO at 6 companies. I am competent to handle and understand all aspects of leveraged funds. I appreciate much of what the SEC does on behalf of investors. I have extremely high regard for Jay Clayton as a result of his legal activities prior to going the SEC. I think that the SEC under Jay has been extremely effective. On the issues of leveraged investments, the proposed regulations are simply wrong. I do not need any more restrictions on investing in leverage funds.
