I strongly oppose any restriction to the purchasing of leveraged ETFs. I purchase leveraged ETFs frequently to adjust my risk to the market. Although leverage ETFs do contain higher risk, I find their incorporation into my portfolio extremely less risky than purchasing options, and have found them to be and exceptionally valuable option for investing. Market freedom of choice of how one chooses to invest show always remain an inherent right to investors, and such rights should not be restricted. I implore you to refrain from removing or relegating the choice of how one selects to invest within the market. Thank you for your attention and consideration.
