As a longtime investor in leveraged funds, I am opposed to the proposed regulations.
Leveraged and inverse funds are a great way for a person to achieve enhanced returns.
There is no need for these regulations. You can lose money in any funds. These funds just give you the opportunity to get better returns. I don't want limitations on my ability to invest in these funds.
