Leverage and reverse fund is an important part of my personal investment, and I have used them for more than 6 years, and totally understand the rules of it. I do not see any necessity to impose extra requirements of investing on such funds by personal investors. Such funds exist for a decade, did them cause any crisis or trouble in the market? I would strongly request the Securities and Exchange Commission to respect the long-standing free markets and the rights of the personal investors, and do not pass such unnecessary and evil regulations.
