I am not in agreement with the proposed regulation changes and believe strongly in the consumer's right to make his or her careful, educated investment choices without intrusive, over-reaching governmental bodies determining that they know best, and then arrogantly determine what investors may and may not be allowed to do. Over-regulation in the name of "protection" harms individual freedom and investor choice.
