No New regulations should be implemented regarding leveraged and inverse funds.
Yes, I have lost money in leveraged funds so I am careful. But this, once again, is government over reach. Let the free market reign. You are simply taking me into the nanny state with more regulations. I already live in a nanny state...Oregon. You must show extremely good cause as to why. Just to create a rule because it makes sense does not make sense in a 'free' society. Everyone, in a free society, needs to make their own mistakes.
