Dear SEC Officials,
Please do not continue to pursue the approval of Rule #S7-24-15. As an investor, leveraged and inverse funds are an important part of my portfolio - allowing me to protect my portfolio and seek enhanced returns. I understand the potential risks and rewards associated with inverse and leveraged funds and I believe it is important to allow investors to have the opportunity to utilize these funds in a strategic investment portfolio. I hope you see the value in preserving free public markets where investors can invest in securities without limitations.
