I have been long capable of understanding Leveraged Funds and Inverse Funds and their specific performance characteristics and DO NOT WANT a 3rd party evaluating my understanding or taking away my freedoms to invest as I see fit for myself and my family. These Leveraged Funds are important to me and allow me to hedge my portfolio during different market phases whether daily, weekly or monthly. I want to preserve my freedom to participate in public markets without any government imposed limitations. The only limititations I support is to end government insider trading not government taking away my rights to protect my portfolio with Leveraged funds.
