I do not agree with the proposed regulation for several reasons. I am an experienced investor, and have only invested in leveraged funds after much research and consideration of our financial portfolio composition. We are both retired and the ability to increase our investment returns are very important to us, especially in this era where the Federal Reserve has lowered interest rates that penalize savers. We do not agree that the government should be in the position to decide whether we are competent to judge investment risk. That is not your responsibility -- it's ours, and we have a right to make our own investment decisions.
