Okay, so it is proposed that I be required to demonstrate competency before I am allowed to make an investment decision with my own money? What qualifications would be required? An intelligence test? Do I need to be good at math? Do I need a degree in accounting or finance? Will my resume be put under scrutiny? Do I need to be in good standing with some trade organization?
It an unassay burden on both investors and brokers.
Most investors don't understand the inherent risks of investing? What???
