To whom it may concern:

Why would you limit my right as an investor to invest in leveraged funds? I have been investing for 35 years. I understand the risk/rewards involved. I do not need a third party encroaching on my rights as an investor. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me. They allow me to achieve spectacular returns (47% in 2019) and they allow me to protect my portfolio in down-markets. I want to preserve the freedom to determine my financial future, not to have some 3rd party entity who knows NOTHING about me, my goals, risk tolerance or goals to be limiting my financial and investment choices.
I am a big-boy. I don't need you to protect me. Thank you
