This rule is too restrictive. I know the risks I take investing at all and I do not want limitations put on me just because I'm not an accredited investor. Net worth and income should not limit me from any investment on the open market and this ruling would directly impact my ability to grow my wealth efficiently as I see fit, leveraged or not. The SEC should not interfere with the open market and pick how much risk I'm allowed to take on. I should have the right to do with my money whatever I choose and I should be able to set the level of risk I'm comfortable with.
