goodness gracious now the government will tell us what we're smart enough to buy or our finances meet their criteria. I thought only Democrats did stuff like this. Please, please, please, if you are to do something this restrictive, please give us time to the next Market crash to dump what we already own and give us the right to buy more till then as part of our Rebalance process as the Market continues its historic climb
