I'm appalled by your proposal to limit my right to purchase inverse mutual funds. I've been employing these funds in shorting strategies for a very long period of time. I use them to both hedge my long exposure and to profit from declining markets. I do not need some third party evaluating my capacity to understand these vehicles. I am deeply troubled by your proposal to limit my trading activities in what has always been a free market environment
