I just became aware of some proposed changes by the SEC that may make my investment strategies more difficult. I am very satisfied with my PROShares QLD choices and understand the risks involved in this type of investment. I wish to maintain my current strategies and not have any additional restrictions or impositions placed upon me or the ProShares company. Currently, I appreciate the freedom that I have to make my own investment choices. I don't believe that I need any watchdog oversight into my decision making process.
