I have been investing for over 30 years and don't need the government getting involved with what types of funds I invest in. I use leveraged and inverse funds to increase my wealth. There is no reason the SEC should regulate these funds as the Brokerage houses that I deal with all make the purchaser read and sign off indicating we understand the risks involved with using these funds. Again, I can think for myself so please stay out of my life.
