To whom it may concern,
Leverage and inverse funds are important to me, my portfolio, and my future. They are a key segment of my portfolio that allow me to seek not only enhanced returns but also help protect my portfolio as well. I understand the funds, their performance characteristics, and I dont need a third party or the government to evaluate my capabilities and capacities in this area potentially limiting the use of these funds would be detrimental. I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors have freedom to buy securities without government-imposed limitations on investor choice.
