1. Leveraged and inverse fund are important to me and allow me to obtain enhanced returns.
2. I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics.
3. I don't need or want a 3rd party to evaluate whether or not I am capable of investing in those types of funds, nor do I want them to potentially prevent me from investing in them.
4. I support free and open markets and do not support government limitations of my investment choices.
