It simply does not seem fair for my rights to trade in leveraged funds to be taken away from me. I've investment in these funds for close to 20 years and have become quite successful at it. Plus leverage allows me to hold back cash at 2% interest which protects my liquidity if the market made a significant movement against my leveraged investment. I also would be frustrated with a lot of red tape just to keep my right to do so. It's a free country - keep it that way. Thanks for your consideration, Mike
