Dear SEC, while markets were soaring you have no problem with people losing billions in these funds. Now that the market is about to tank, you would prevent people from profiting from these funds. Think it is not your place to force all bets in one direction. What about free market price discovery? No more bailouts and rigged markets by the government please. My vote is for honest losses and gains. Want to limit leverage?...then limit leverage of large banks which have power to lose other peoples deposits. Please let small investors win or lose with leverage that will have no effect on the economy.
