I have invested in leveraged ETF in the past few years and enjoyed the enhanced return these leveraged ETF can offer. Of course, there is more risk in the leveraged ETF than non-leveraged ETF but I fully understand the risk and fully accept the risk the investment entails. I am confident and feel comfortable that I can make my own investment decision without blaming anyone when I lose money. Introducing new regulation to curb the right to buy and sell leveraged ETF is a bad policy. I don't want government or anyone else to dictate me how to invest. If I decide it's a risk not worth taking or a risk beyond what I can tolerate then I can simply not investing in the leveraged ETF, but please let me decide what I can do myself and do not impose any regulation to unnecessarily limit my freedom of investment.
