I vehemently oppose proposed Rule #S7-24-15. I am 50 year old with little in my retirement thanks to the 2008 crash. In the last few years I have been able to double my IRA year over year with leveraged index funds. If the rule is implemented I will be forced to look at even riskier investments like Bitcoin in order make the returns I need to have a good retirement.
