Dear sirs,

This proposed regulatory change is unnecessary and profoundly un-American.

These products are provided with all information necessary for an individual to make a decision as to their appropriateness for their goals and risk tolerance. There is not much more to them to understand than there is in a regular fund. They provide greater accessibility to investing strategies that would otherwise be out-of-reach of many simply because of the extent of their assets, which has zero to do with their ability to understand what they are buying.

It appears that you have just decided to try and prevent most people from accessing particular tools arbitrarily. It looks like you are trying to shut down opportunity for most of us and reserve it for a select few "elites." Your proposals only serve to harass. This is the United States of America, it is not supposed to be some European nanny state hell hole. It is not your job and not your right to determine what is "appropriate" for us, your ONLY job to prevent and punish fraud. Get back in your lane.
