Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me and allow me the right to seek enhanced returns, help protect my portfolio, and provide an opportunity to benefit from financial products that should absolutely be offered to the private investor.

I'm fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics. I do not want a third party evaluating my capability to do so, whereby potentially preventing me from maintaining access to them.

More so, I strongly feel that preserving long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the FREEDOM to buy publicly available securities without additional government-imposed limitations is the very foundation of the American Way.

I would be very upset if leveraged instruments suffered additional oversight in a way that hindered my ability to buy, sell, analyze or otherwise benefit from their current availability.

Thank you.
