Please do not approve this rule. Ive had fabulous success using leveraged ETFs and they are absolutely crucial to my quantitative investing strategy which Ive been using for years.
Brokerages already require investors to sign disclosure statements when seeking to invest in leveraged funds.
The Accredited Investor rule excludes many people from investing opportunities and this rule would likely have a similar impact.
Does the SEC also plan to make it burdensome for investors to trade options and volatile marijuana stocks?
