I have been trading inverse and leveraged etf as far. They are important to me and allow me to seek enhanced return and help me protect my portfolio. I learned this operation knowledge through reading books and youtube video. I don't want a third party evaluation my capability to do. I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government imposed limitations on investor choice.
