I have been using inversed/leveraged ETFs over the last year. They have provided me and my family enhanced returns that I would not be able to achieve elsewhere. Obviously there is inherent, just like every other invest. Implementing the proposed rules would be unfair to investors and invasive of their personal information. The proposed rules also do not solve any problem. It just makes fair trading more cumbersome and less private.
