I strongly oppose any new regulation that will impact my ability to invest in leveraged funds. I strongly believe this proposal is bad for investors and is unnecessary.
Leveraged and inverse funds are very important to me and I seek enhanced returns to help protect my portfolio.
I am perfectly capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and don't want third-party evaluating my capability and preventing me from buying them.
I want to preserve long-standing free public markets without government imposed limitations on investment choices.
