I find the proposal of this rule very disturbing.
It is sufficient to provide investors relevant information on the risk associated with such investments and investors can make an informed decision based on their risk profile. At the end of the day. It is totally unfair that only those with very high liquidity will be allowed to take advantage of such instruments.
