To whom it may concern, Leveraged and inverse exchange traded funds (ETFs) are a very important and useful investing tool for individual investors like me who understand them and are capable of knowing when and how to use them. I am strongly opposed to any legal or administrative attempt to curtail or hinder an individual from anyntransactions utilizing ETFs.
