Creating leverage effortlessly in my portfolio is critical to my financial goals. Setting limitations on the exposure certain securities provide me seems like it should be out of your reach, as long as it is of course legal and fair (such as trading an instrument that simply mirrors an index at a multiple). Please do not take away access to leveraged ETFs. They have a place in certain people's portfolios and are an extremely helpful tool, especially for people with less access to large amounts of capital.
