Leveraged and inverse funds are supre important to me. They allow me to seek enhanced returns or hedge the risk I have. Without the leverage funds, I would have to use options to hedge, that would be super risky and I can lost huge amount of money in very short time.
I have been trading the leveraged ETF for over 6 years and I understand it very well.
I dont want a third party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially preventing me from buying them.
It is very important to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and theiradvisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposedlimitations on investor choice.
