It has come to my attention that in your infinite wisdom, your organization is pursuing additional regulations that make it more difficult for people to in vest in leveraged and inverse funds. I hope this is not true because I am tired of various forms of government agencies deciding that the poor average Joe is too ignorant to know what they are doing. As a result, the government pursues a well meaning but misguided mission that is unnecessary and wrong. If you think that people are not educated then spend your time on educating them not protecting them but be prepared to defend and justify what you think is education. what you may find is the average person is more educated than you think and as a result have no need for you to interfere with their financial transactions.
