I do not support SEC proposed rule #S7-24-15. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to individual investors such as myself. Individual investors are capable of understanding leverage. Please preserve the right to free public markets without unnecessary governmental interference. Do not adopt proposed rule #S7-24-15.
