I invest in leveraged funds on a regular basis using a small portion of my investment portfolio when the market seems to indicate the likelihood of positive results. I am not an investment professional, but I know how to be appropriately cautious.
I am not aware of any problem that needs to be solved by a proposed limitation on my ability to utilize such leveraged funds, and believe that limiting my investment ability, or making it more difficult, is not the role of the SEC.
Please do not implement such restrictions.
