This proposal regarding the use of derivatives (in closed end funds in particular) is annoying overkill. It reduces the investment opportunity set for knowledgeable individual income investors to no purpose whatsoever. You need to stop trying to protect investors from themselves. For what it's worth, I'm sending a message about this to the White House in hopes they will stop such nonsense now and in future.
