Hello SEC,

I am an individual stock investor and I love leverage ETF. I fully understood that the derivatives are heavily used in those ETFs and therefore are very risky. But I love such risk/gain investment vehicle.  I do not have enough knowledge and time to directly trade on the derivatives, so I love the leverage ETF can do such derivative trading for me. Please do not put 150% derivative restriction on the leverage ETFs.

I suggest you setup a new investment category for such ETFs, call them ETLF ( L for leverage), ETDF (D for derivative) or ETDLF.

Thanks very much indeed.
