I am a small investor who says keep the leveraged ETF's the way they are. Small investors like me have no
other way to hedge their positions from the day to day market moves that can shake us out. Most of us understand
the possible dangers associated with these funds and use them as daily hedges to the up or down side. The trading
and investing public known as the retail trade are not the morons everyone makes us out to be.
If these big investment outfits are so concerned about it then they are the ones who are letting greed get the
best of them. Everyone who invests or trades understands the buyer beware concept and most brokers
educate their customers about the possible pitfalls of 'investing' in these kinds of securities. If you don't
keep these the way they are, you will shake out a lot of money from other equities as many
retail investors will not have an easy and efficient way to hedge their positions for the day or the week.
