Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Hello and good afternoon,

I would merely wish to comment on this topic with hope that the end result be a continued ability to utilize (or buy and sell) L&I funds. As an investor I would wish to point out that I am well aware of the risks involved, including the fact that it is possible to lose the entire principle investment in one day and that with inverse funds the investment is a bet against the market. I would like to stress that all stocks in my portfolio are monitored regularly throughout each day. Making these types of funds available to the public was an initiative performed by the SEC, if I understand correctly, to stimulate trading and boost market activity. In the event that L&I funds become unavailable to investors like myself, it will be a loss for everyone, rich and poor. While I personally do not use a brokerage firm, the frequency with which I monitor my own small investments is beyond sufficient in navigating the risks associated with this fund.

Thank you for your consideration
