SEC, RE: S7-24-15 I have been personally investing since 1982. In the last 5 years I have been using leveraged equity investing as a tool to increase my brokerage account value. Some of my profits were used to purchase 2 retirement properties. This is a valuable investing tool that should be in any investors toolbox. I have been notified of the risks of using this types of leveraged investments more times than I can remember and understand them. It would be down right un-American to not allow individual investors to choose their investment risk, we do not need a big brother at our securities firm to watch over us. The potential increased scrutiny that security firms may need to impose may cause them to drop the offering of these investments, even if one would otherwise be deemed eligible to trade them. Please drop consideration of Release No. 34-87607 and please do not implement. Thank you for the work you do. Tim Sherman Westport NY --
