Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am in complete understanding of the risks involved in trading leveraged and inverse funds such as Direxion Daily Energy Bull 2X and other risky, weighted Exchange-traded funds. I login and stay logged in daily/hourly/by the Minute to keep a close watch on such a volatile and risky investment. I only have invested what I can afford to lose and my equity gained or lost won’t effect my financial position as a whole. I’m a grown man and can decide what to do with my money and put it into any investment I choose as an American. The reward far outweighs the risk as I only have roughly $3000 in equity risked in such funds.
