Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am a long-time avid investor. This proposed rule would wreak havok for many experienced investors who understand and regularly accept "L&I Fund" risk as they manage their portfolios. The rule would also destroy confidence in free markets, the SEC, and the current federal administration. Investors already have to contend with political interference from the highest levels but this proposed rule will kill faith in the USA, and ironically the very stock market that it appears the SEC is now trying to influence.
