Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Dear SEC, Please do not add additional regulations for leveraged and inverse funds. This would make it more difficult for individual investors like myself who actively manage portfolios on a daily basis with the understanding they carry additional volatility. It would give institutional investors a competitive advantage which i believe is unfair. My broker (IBKR) has protections in place that limit exposure to these funds based on experience and risk tolerance. Thank you!
