Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am aware of the risks and mechanisms behind these funds. While at first glance I can see how investors or traders who do not perform diligence and research could get into losses, that should not hinder others. I believe the brokers should provide more information prior to new accounts opening or transactions being executed. Thanks for your consideration.
